Members of our dedicated support team are available to be stationed onsite for most of the Managed IT Service agreements we offer. Focused on assisting small and medium sized businesses, our support team is there to ensure your business gets the personal service and attention it requires.
With a standard services agreement, your company will receive one primary support engineer who is your lead contact regarding daily support needs and projects. Depending on the terms of your service agreement, this engineer could be stationed onsite as often as necessary. (Most companies we service with 35 or more employees have a dedicated onsite support engineer 5 days a week.)
Along with this primary contact is the rest of our dedicated support team, ready to assist at the direction of your primary support engineer. Our goal in structuring our support model this way is to build a team familiar with the infrastructure and other unique needs of your company.
